ELEKHEAT offers a wide selection of standard tubular heating elements suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These versatile, cost-effective heaters come in diameters ranging from 0.260″ to 0.496″, with custom sizes available upon request. We can provide lengths up to 335″, depending on the diameter required.
Our heating elements are available with a variety of sheath materials, including copper, steel, stainless steel, and Incoloy® alloys, to ensure durability and performance in different environments. For specialized applications, custom sheath materials can be offered.
We provide several termination options such as threaded studs, screw lugs, quick disconnect spades, and ceramic-to-metal hermetic seals. Flexible lead wire extensions and other mounting solutions are also available to meet specific installation needs.
