An industrial circulation heater, also known as an electric inline heater, is designed to heat flowing liquids, gases and process media while they pass through a dedicated heating chamber.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
How Does A Circulation Heater Work?
The process medium enters the pressure vessel through the inlet connection and flows through the internal heating zone. Electrical energy is converted into thermal energy and transferred to the flowing medium through tubular heating elements.

Nickel-chromium resistance wire generates heat when electrical power is applied. High purity MgO insulation provides electrical insulation while maintaining efficient thermal conductivity.
02. Heat Transfer Through Sheath
Heat transfers from the resistance wire through the MgO insulation layer and metal sheath. Different sheath materials are selected according to temperature and corrosion conditions.
03. Process Medium Heating
