Product Catalog
Infrared Ceramic Heating Elements are a type of heating component that uses ceramic materials to generate infrared radiation for heating applications. These elements work by passing electrical current through a heating coil embedded within a ceramic substrate. As the coil heats up, the ceramic material emits infrared radiation, which directly heats objects and surfaces in its path, rather than heating the air.
Infrared ceramic heating elements are commonly used in applications where fast, efficient, and focused heating is needed, such as in infrared heaters, drying systems, and cooking appliances.
Key Features of Infrared Ceramic Heating Elements:
Efficient Heating: Infrared radiation heats objects and surfaces directly, providing faster and more efficient heating compared to traditional methods that heat the air.
Energy Saving: By focusing heat directly on the target area, infrared ceramic elements reduce energy consumption and minimize heat loss.
Durability: These elements are made from high-quality ceramics, making them resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Versatility: Infrared ceramic heating elements are used in a wide range of applications, including space heaters, industrial heating, food warming, and even in medical treatments.
Even Heat Distribution: They offer uniform heating, which is ideal for environments where consistent temperatures are required.
FTE - Full Curved Ceramic Infrared Heater
Imported arc-shaped ceramic infrared heaters are also commonly known as infrared heating sheets and heating tiles. They are cast and solidified by ceramics, and contain high-temperature resistant iron-chromium-aluminum alloy resistance wires. The infrared radiation capacity of special ceramic materials is very strong, and the service life of the heating wire can reach more than 20,000 hours. The temperature control is stable and the heating uniformity is good. It is a good choice for industrial production or food insulation and space heating.

The semi-arc ceramic infrared heater comprises a high-temperature resistant iron-chromium-aluminum alloy resistance coil and a specially designed refractory ceramic material. The arc surface design increases the distance between the back of the heater and the installation position, thereby effectively reducing the temperature of the heating furnace wiring space. It is also conducive to the installation of circular or arc heating systems. This heater has a long history in ceramic infrared heaters and has very stable performance. Its excellent economy makes it widely used in current industrial heating, such as thermoforming equipment, assembly line industrial ovens, sealed ovens, food insulation, physical therapy, and health care. The radiation efficiency curve is the same under the same surface power density for the same series of heaters. (The radiation curve can refer to FTE)

FFEH - Full Flat Ceramic Hollow Infrared Heater
Optional power: 250W–800W Standard size: 245 x 60 x 36mm
Color: white, black, yellow
Wattage: 250W, 400W, 600W, 800W

Hollow structure heater, like curved and flat heaters, has industrial standard specifications and dimensions. FFEH efficiency and heating area are the same as square SFEH. The heater adopts hollow casting process and is filled with high heat-resistant insulation material. The filling of insulation material reduces the heat loss from the back of the heater and enhances the infrared radiation capacity of the front of the radiator, thereby increasing the heating rate of the heated material and shortening the preheating time, thus saving up to 25% of energy. It is a product with more applications at present. The rectangular size can be used for the assembly of cylindrical or curved heating furnaces. It can also be used for large-area flat heating furnaces.

ELEKHEAT Edison screw elements (eseb, eses, eser, esexl) are the industry standard infrared bulbs used primarily in reptile/animal/pet health care. For the UK and Ireland infrared bulb application industry, these ceramic bulbs will provide the required infrared heat without any negative light output effects. This will not disrupt the reptile/animal circadian sleep cycle. The ELEKHEAT hollow cast bulbs, made of high-temperature Fecralare alloy resistance wire embedded in a specially formed ceramic body, allow for a maximum operating temperature of 530 degrees Celsius and a maximum power of 400W (sexy model only). The surface of the ese is a spiral convex design, which can produce a spiral radiant output.
