Circulation Heaters
A circulation heater is a device used to heat fluids, such as water, oil, or chemicals, by passing them over or around a heating element. It maintains fluid circulation, ensuring consistent and even heating. Commonly used in industries like chemical processing, food production, and pharmaceuticals, circulation heaters are efficient, providing precise temperature control and preventing overheating in large-scale processes.

Circulation heaters can be divided into two types
1. Circulating gas heater: an electric heating device that heats a gas flow
2. Circulating liquid heater: an electric heating device that heats a liquid flow
Liquid circulation heaters heat liquids like water or oil and provide stable, even heating. They are commonly used in industries like chemicals and food production.
Gas circulation heaters heat gases like air or steam and offer faster, more flexible heating. They are often used in HVAC systems and drying equipment.
Circulation Heater Overview and Principle
The pipe heater is mainly an electric heating device that heats the medium, converting electricity into heat energy. The stainless steel electric heating tube is used as the heating element. There are multiple guide plates inside the product to guide the retention time of the medium in the inner cavity, so that the medium is fully heated evenly and the heat exchange is improved. The pipe heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature, up to 650℃.
The pipe heater consists of two parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element uses a stainless steel pipe as a protective sleeve, high-temperature resistance alloy wire, and crystallized magnesium oxide powder, which is formed by a compression process. The control part uses advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high-reverse voltage thyristors, etc. to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater.

Features of ELEKHEAT Circulation Heater:
1. The pipe heater adopts a stainless steel cylinder, which is small in size, occupies little space, is easy to move, and has strong corrosion resistance. A thickened insulation layer is used between the stainless steel liner and the stainless steel shell, which has a lower degree of temperature loss, maintains temperature, and saves electricity.
2. The main parts of the high-quality heating element (stainless steel electric heating tube) are made of imported materials, and the processing process also uses advanced production equipment and processes. With different voltages, it can play a higher performance. Its insulation, pressure resistance, and moisture resistance are all higher than the standard, and it is safe and reliable to use.
3. The medium flow direction is reasonably designed, the heating is uniform, there is no high or low temperature dead corner, and the thermal efficiency is high.
4. The pipe heater is equipped with a thermostat of a well-known domestic brand, and the user can set the temperature freely. All are equipped with overheating protectors to control the temperature and water shortage and over-temperature protection to avoid damage to the heating elements and systems.

Hotel Heating
Pipeline heaters are used in hotel heating systems. Cold water enters and hot water exits. They heat up quickly and have high thermal efficiency. They can circulate and heat the water in the pipeline.
Compressed air heating
The duct heater heats the compressed air, with cold air in and hot air out. The outlet is constant temperature and the temperature is adjustable. The power is calculated based on the on-site flow and temperature difference. The flow rate ranges from 1000 to 8000 cubic meters per hour, and the temperature range is adjustable from 0 to 600 degrees.
