Customer Background
Recently, ELEKHEAT completed the production and shipment of a batch of customized copper screw plug immersion heaters for a customer in Germany.
The customer is an industrial equipment manufacturer who was looking for a reliable heating element supplier to replace their existing immersion heaters used in liquid heating equipment.
They contacted ELEKHEAT through our website and initially provided basic product information, including installation requirements, heater dimensions, and photos of their existing heating components.
Understanding the Customer's Requirements
During the communication process, the customer mainly focused on three key requirements:

Production of Screw Plug Immersion Heaters
Based on the confirmed requirements, ELEKHEAT started production of the customized immersion heaters.
The heaters shown in this shipment feature:

- Brass threaded plugs for easy installation

- Customized electrical specifications according to customer requirements
During manufacturing, each production step was controlled according to the confirmed technical requirements.
Inspection Before Shipment
Before shipment to Germany, the finished heaters went through final inspection procedures.

- Product appearance
- Electrical resistance
- Insulation performance
- Quantity confirmation
Only after completing the inspection process were the heaters approved for packing and delivery.
Packaging for International Transportation
To protect the heaters during international transportation, each unit was individually packed and carefully arranged inside cartons.
Special attention was given to protecting the threaded connection parts and copper tubes during handling and shipping.
After final packing confirmation, the shipment was prepared for delivery to the customer's facility in Germany.
