Recently, we completed the production and shipment preparation of a customized oil circulation heating system for a customer in the UAE.
This project includes four units of 40kW Pipeline Circulation Heaters and two units of 150kW Pipeline Circulation Heaters.
After completing production inspection and export packing, the equipment has been shipped to the customer's project site in the UAE.
Behind this shipment was a process of technical communication, engineering evaluation, and solution confirmation.
It Started With a Process Requirement, Not Just a Product Inquiry
When we first received the customer's inquiry, they were not simply looking for a standard heater.
The customer needed a heating solution for an industrial oil circulation system. Their main requirement was to heat the oil efficiently and maintain a stable temperature during the production process.
During the initial communication, our engineering team focused on understanding the customer's actual working conditions instead of immediately recommending a product.
We discussed the heating medium, oil working conditions, required heating capacity, installation method, electrical requirements, and control requirements.
For industrial oil heating applications, these details are extremely important. Different oils have different viscosity, heat transfer characteristics, and operating temperatures.
Before designing the equipment, our engineers needed to understand how the heater would operate inside the customer's complete process system.
Finding the Right Heating Solution
After several rounds of technical communication, our engineering team confirmed that a pipeline circulation heater was the most suitable solution for this application.
The circulation heater allows oil to flow through the heating chamber continuously, absorbing heat during circulation. This structure helps achieve more uniform heating, better temperature stability, and easier integration into industrial systems.
Based on the customer's requirements, we designed a combination of different power units.
Four units of 40kW circulation heaters were prepared for medium heating requirements, while two units of 150kW circulation heaters were designed for higher heating demand sections.
This configuration allows the customer to match heating capacity according to different operating conditions.
Details Confirmed Before Production
Before starting manufacturing, our engineering team continued communicating with the customer to confirm the technical details.
The discussions covered heater structure, connection dimensions, electrical configuration, and installation requirements.
For oil heating equipment, long-term reliability is always one of the most important considerations.
During the design and production process, we paid close attention to material selection, heat transfer performance, electrical safety, and stable operation under continuous working conditions.
From Factory Production to Export Shipment
After all technical specifications were confirmed, production officially started.
Our workshop completed the manufacturing process, including heating element assembly, circulation chamber fabrication, welding, electrical installation, and final inspection.
Before shipment, each heater was carefully checked to ensure the equipment matched the customer's confirmed requirements.
After passing inspection, the six circulation heaters were professionally packed and prepared for international transportation.
