Yesterday, we welcomed two customers from the UK to visit ELEKHEAT.
After communicating through emails and technical documents, it was great to finally meet face-to-face and have a detailed discussion together. During the visit, we spent time reviewing our heater samples, discussing design details, and sharing ideas about industrial heating applications.
For industrial products, we believe direct communication is always valuable. Many technical details are easier to understand when customers can see and inspect the actual products rather than only looking at drawings or pictures.
Reviewing Heater Samples Together
During the meeting, we prepared several heating products for our customers to review.
The table was filled with different types of heater samples, including flange heaters, tubular heating elements, and other customized heating components.
Our customers carefully checked the product structures, connection designs, and manufacturing details. We also introduced how different heater designs are selected according to the working environment, installation method, and application requirements.
Seeing the actual products helped create more direct communication between our engineering team and the customers.
Discussing Technical Details Face-to-Face
One important part of the visit was the technical discussion.
During the meeting, we reviewed product drawings and discussed several important points related to industrial heater design.
For customized heating projects, details such as heater dimensions, electrical connections, materials, and installation methods all need careful consideration.
Through face-to-face discussion, we were able to better understand the customer's expectations and explain our manufacturing experience more clearly.
Communication Between Engineers and Customers
A factory visit is not only about seeing products. It is also about communication between people.
Our engineering team shared their experience in developing customized heating solutions, while our customers shared their application requirements and expectations.
This kind of conversation helps both sides understand the project better and find the right direction for future cooperation.
